Cancelation Policy:   

Respectful Time Management and Deposit Policy

We highly value your commitment to our services and the time we allocate for your appointment. Cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our operations and the availability of our services. To ensure fair treatment for all clients and maintain a smoothly running schedule, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance of any changes you wish to make. This will allow us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.

2. No Call Cancellation Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice or fait to notify in a timely manner, the following policies will be enforced.

A. Deposit: In the event of a no- call cancellation your deposit will ne non-refundable. This charge will be justified by the terms and conditions agreed upon during the booking process, and we may provide relevant documentation to your credit card company upon request.

B. Payment in full: In addition to the non-refundable deposit, no-call appointments will be required to pay the full appointment fee before rebooking. This payment is necessary to compensate for the loss of time and resources incurred due to the no-call cancellation. 

3. Multiple no-call cancellations: We are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients, and consistent no-call cancellations disrupt our ability to serve others effectively. Therefore, after two instances of no-call cancellations, we regret to inform you that no future appointments will be scheduled. 

We appreciate your cooperation in honoring our cancellation policy, as it helps us maintain a fair and efficient schedule for all clients. By respecting our time and policies, you enable us to provide the best possible service to you and our valued clientele.
